Welcome preferences may include your name, contact details, current priority and language. Consultation requests may include your name, company, email, phone, service interest and message. Marketing consent is recorded separately and is never assumed from an enquiry.
Privacy-reduced site analytics
The site may record session-scoped pseudonymous references, the page viewed, language, referring host, device category, date and time. Full IP addresses are not stored in page-view analytics. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
Cookies and continuity
A temporary session cookie keeps the website working. If you use the welcome experience, a profile cookie can preserve your choices for up to 180 days. Page-view analytics does not add a separate persistent analytics cookie. Session and welcome cookies use HttpOnly and SameSite protections where applicable.
Use, protection and sharing
Information is used to personalise the website, respond to requests, route enquiries and operate the service. Email addresses and phone numbers submitted through website forms are encrypted when stored. Delloweb does not sell visitor or enquiry data. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes.
Retention and your choices
Page-view analytics is automatically deleted after the configured retention period, which is 90 days by default. Enquiry information is retained only for operational, security and legal needs. You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you, subject to obligations that require Delloweb to keep a record.
