Information you choose to share

When you submit an inquiry, this website records your name, email address, message and the optional contact and business details you provide. Delloweb uses these details to review and respond to your request.

Email updates

The newsletter form records your email address only when you choose to subscribe. Contact Delloweb if you would like your subscription or submitted details removed.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses a session cookie for form security and private team sign-in. If installed as an app, a service worker may store website assets on your device to support loading and the offline page.

Cookie choices

On delloweb.fr, for visitors detected in Europe, and when the country is unavailable, optional visitor statistics and installed external tracking stay off until you allow them. Elsewhere, you can opt out using Cookie preferences in the footer. Accepting and refusing are equally available. We remember your choice on this domain for six months; each domain has its own choice. You can change or withdraw permission at any time. Necessary session/security cookies and your requested language preference keep working. The language preference may be remembered for up to one year.

We keep a separate consent receipt containing a random receipt ID, the domain, policy version, chosen categories and date. It contains no IP address or contact details and is not connected to visitor statistics. Installed external tracking and marketing providers, when present, are listed in Cookie preferences. Their scripts are blocked when that category is refused.

Website visitor counts

When visitor statistics are allowed, we use a first-party browser cookie with a random identifier, retained for up to one year, to count daily and returning visitors. Our private dashboard stores a hashed browser identifier, visit timestamps, the Delloweb domain you visited and an approximate country code provided by our hosting server, without your IP address, page history or contact details. While a public page is visible, it sends an activity signal every 30 seconds to estimate current visitors. These counts are not shared with an external analytics provider.

DelloBot conversations

DelloBot uses published website information by default. Before you chat, we collect your name, email address and phone number with your consent. Your contact details, conversation, timestamps and any submitted star rating are stored privately as a Bot lead so our team can review and respond. Contact checks do not verify ownership of your email or phone. Your website session lets you resume your conversation. Ending a chat closes it; it does not delete the lead record. If an AI provider is enabled, your question, recent messages, relevant earlier requirements and public website information are sent to that configured provider to prepare an answer. Working conversation memory expires after two hours without activity and is cleared by End chat; the Bot lead record remains available to our team. Answers to common public questions may be reused for up to one hour. Private requirements and personalized answers are not shared between visitors. The chat does not submit a project inquiry or process a payment.

External services

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and social platforms open services operated by those providers. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
